Service Description

A class which incorporates and challenges all aspects of fitness. Developing muscular strength and endurance, cardio fitness, body composition and mental well being. This class is for all ages and abilities.

Cancellation Policy

Pay as you go clients MUST pay for classes at the time of booking. Classes cancelled outside of 24hrs can be rescheduled & payment will transfer over to your next class booked (limited to one reschedule per week). No refunds permitted.
